You’ll get two hours of one-on-one time, where we’ll go through everything in detail to create something special. You’ll walk away with a comprehensive Staging Report/Checklist with all the improvements needed to list the home at the best price.

  • Pre-consultation phone interview to research buyer demographics
  • Detailed photo staging checklist is used for the walkthrough to discuss optimal, return-on-investment, staging strategies for emotional buyer connections
  • Detailed report includes the essential “Open House Checklist” and “Closet Organization Checklist”

ULTIMATE STAGING TRANSFORMATION: $750

You’re going to love it or list it but you’ll get seven hours of staging and a one-day home makeover for homes over 2000 square feet.
